privacy policyall information collected before, during, and after any reading/service will be accessed and used with a privacy-centric approach in mind. you will have the ability to grant consent as part of the intake questionnaire. any feedback or testimonial you may opt to provide may be used for promotional purposes, but I am more than happy to provide an alias if you so choose! I promise to never intentionally sell or share any data or sensitive information with third parties.
cancellation and refund policywhile I understand that you may change your mind or wish to cancel your order, due to the time-intensive and personalized nature of my readings, refunds may not be available once I’ve begun. if cancellation occurs before preparation has started, I am open to providing a refund. if I am required to cancel or postpone your service for any reason, I will inform you of the situation. naturally, I will fully refund you if that is your preference as to how you’d like to proceed.
